Marco Satala

Attorney, Pearl Law Group

Since 2012, Marco has been advising companies on the full range of business immigration matters and has experience in handling all types of non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications, and in supervising case assignments, production, document review, and status reporting. Marco enjoys supporting new clients and providing a personal touch with onsite training and town hall forums. He brings a fresh and creative approach to his casework, allowing him to win approval in cases where previous counsel failed.

Prior to Pearl, Marco was a Law Clark and Attorney for one of the world’s largest immigration law firms where he represented both high-growth and Fortune 500 companies. Marco provided counsel during complex M&A transactions, helped companies grow and scale their immigration programs, and strategized with companies’ HR and general counsels to navigate complex changes in adjudication. Marco’s immigration law experience began as a Legal Intern for Community Legal Aid where he advocated for victims of crime and domestic violence and prepared petitions under the Violence Against Women Act, helping solidify his passion for immigration law and commitment to helping marginalized populations.

Connection to Immigration

I am very proud of my immigrant parents. My mother is from Chile and my father is from Poland, so I am first generation American. I love helping others achieve their dreams to start a new life in the U.S
